The building at 100 Tower Gardens Road was the original estate office / rent office.

In recent years the building has been used as a Sure Start centre, a nursery and as offices for the charity HomeStart. Parts of the building are now empty.

Both the council and the residents group are interested in potential community uses for the building. The building is in a poor state of disrepair, so it may be some time before it is in a condition appropriate for use by the community. Haringey are also carrying out a mapping exercise which will consider all the council’s buildings and whether they can be better utilised.
